The States of Orange

The transformation of the orange tree, which is one of the most distinctive features of the Antalya region and which first buds and blooms, then sheds its leaves and turns into an orange ripe fruit after being just a tiny green spot, became prominent in many of the paintings of the artist in his Antalya period, and manifested itself in the artist’s contemporary interpretations of the Chintamani and Childlike Paintings series in his last period.
